I know everyone asks this... but results?

Hi everyone,

So I'm halfway through my second week of my healthier lifestyle change, and I'm not expecting to see results yet, but I was just wondering what my time scale is for when I should start seeing results.

I eat healthily, mostly fruit and veg, with some carbs and some protein. I try and do exercise twice a day, yoga in the morning, and ballet in the evening (for about 40 mins each).

Obviously I'm not expecting miracles here in this time frame, however, I don't feel any different, in fact I often feel tired, and I definitely don't feel any fitter (bearing in mind my ballet routine involves a fair amount of cardio). I've previously tried a healthier lifestyle, but I was only exercising once a day, and after 2 -3 months, there was NO change in my weight, but I was perhaps a little bit fitter. After that I kinda 'fell off the wagon'; I didn't put on any weight.

I really would like to keep up with my change of lifestyle, but ultimately my goal is to lose weight and tone up, and I'd like to know if my current habits are on the right track.

Any advice, thoughts or comments?

Thanks! :)

Your diary is private, so we can only assume you are logging everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) you eat accurately. We can also assume that you have not set too aggressive of a goal (no more than 1lb/week loss). Last assumption is that you aren't eating too little either.

If you are doing all of the above and give it time, you will certainly lose weight.
