Protein intake.

For the last couple of days I have been eating to the IPOARM method. I havent been hungry and have been getting most if not all of my calories however way too many have come from Carbs. I know the simple answer is eat more meat/eggs but what other snack type foods are high in protein that i could use to up my protein without so much in the fat or carb sense.

    LF Cottage cheese, FF greek yogurt, Protein bars (I eat them in place of sweet sancks like cookies or candy if I am craving that.) There are also cereals that are made with whey or soy protein like Kashi or Better Nutrition Protein Plus. Nuts are a decent protein snack, they have fat but it is "good" fat. LF or FF Milk. Also shakes made from protein poweders.
