Feeling motivated again after having my favourite foods

When I started MFP, I was always eating food I enjoyed. Somewhere down the line I stopped doing this and was thinking more of low calorie foods. I think this may be one of the reasons why I have struggled to get back on track since christmas. This morning, I had my favourite breakfast for the first time in ages. I was still eating within calories and no longer felt the urge to keep eating more. I am finally feeling motivated to continue and I am now thinking about my goal again.

    I do the same thing. I do try to eat lower calorie things, but I make sure to allow for some of my favorite high calorie things from time to time. That way I don't feel deprived and derail my progress.
