Sugar/Carb Cravings SOS

I've been doing this for two years now and lost a total of 17 pounds. I'm down to from 23% 17% bodyfat. I do fairly well with eating clean. My main problem is that when I allow myself a cheat meal that I crave sugar and carbs for the next three-five days following my cheat meal! I only get one cheat meal a week but I'm half tempted to cut them out so I don't have to go through these cravings anymore. I feel like my body is going through withdrawals from sugar and carbs. Any idea on how to speed up the process? Or any good sugar detoxes? Any help would be appreciated!
