NSV: the first day eating proper calories

i tried to up my calories and see how it does with getting more nutrients in. usually when I complete my diary it says you are eating to few calories. you know the drill. well today when I logged it just said you will weigh 167 pounds in 5 weeks. for a binge eater like me this is a huge accomplishment.

my calories before ranged from 1000-1100 calories. my first calories now 1384 calories. I upped mine to 1400

I want to try 1400 for awhile to see how it goes for at least a month. do you think I will lose weight properly with this?

I know EXACTLY how you feel. When January 1st came along, I knew this would be my year and I knew that I would not go over my calories and I was so excited but for some reason, the first two weeks and a half or so, I could not stop eating. I would go over my calories by about 500 or more almost every night. I couldn't control myself. It was really bad. Today will be the 8th day that I have not gone over my calories and I feel amazing. I feel so much better, proud, accomplished, and I know I can do this. I do not know you but I know you have what it takes to do what is right for you. You can add me if you want to. Good luck!!

NSV stands for "Non-Scale Victory". For example, your haven't dropped on the scale but your pants are fitting better.

To the OP, that's a great job! It can be hard to hit any calorie goal!
