I work 10 hours a day 5 days a week and i find it hard to complete my 30-60 minute work out when i'm pooped from work! is there some reasonable workouts that i can do while at the office?:glasses:

What about working out during lunchtime? A brisk 30-45 min walk is better than nothing at all. There are also many dvds you can do in the privacy of your own home--any of the Jillian Michaels' series come to mind.0
