All Fruit Diet

No this isn't an advertisement for an all fruit diet, quite the opposite. I think this article simply provides a good cautionary tale about extreme diets, and against the common misperception that since any particular food is "healthy" more of it is good. I also think it provides a good counterbalance to the "Supersize Me" mentality and why that movie didn't prove that fast food is bad for you. The point is balance folks, balance. Avoid the extremes.

    I would die on a fruit diet.

    I need balance, moderation and food of all kinds. I cant eat just one type of food. I turn into psycho kitty and we don't want any of that going on. =)

    Not forgetting that with all that fruit you wouldn't be able to exercise as you would spend half your time in the bathroom :wink:
