Has anyone tried PINK fitness? I love it and it is sooooooo addicting! Takes 15 minutes every other day and eating small, healthy meals every couple of hours per day. On the 7th day you can eat whatever you want! AWESOME WORKOUT!!! If you have not tried it you should! It comes with DVDs and a bar and weights. I have lost 3-4 inches on my arms, legs, waist, hips, etc. in only 3 weeks!!!!

congrats on your loss! what is PINK fitness exactly? i would like to look into it. is it like dvd that you buy? and how does it tell you about your meals and work outs?0
