I have been working out for the past two months and my legs and butt are getting toned which I love. The only problem are my inner thighs. How can I get these toned? Help

For anyone doing at-home exercises, you can do either of the following:
1. Loop a resistance band under your foot and hold both ends of the band in the same hand near the hip on the same side. (To clarify, if it's looped under your right foot, hold both ends of the band in your right hand near your right hip.) With your working leg slightly in front of your standing leg, push the working leg across your body and standing leg as far as you can. Concentrate on actually tightening that inner thigh muscle while you're doing this. You can make this more difficult by changing bands (to a higher resistance) or by holding the band ends further out to your side instead of at your hip.
2. The cliche 80s aerobics move: lie on your side, with your top leg braced on the floor in front of your bottom leg. Lift the bottom leg.0 -

See my last post. I'm recovering from a bruised meniscus and do the 2nd one pretty much every day to help keep my thighs in shape. Depending on what problems you have with your knees, the 1st one may or may not be an option.0 -
Look up "blogilates" on youtube. Cassey has PLENTY of good workouts for the inner thighs.0
