Quick Colorful Healthy Meal

This is an easy meal to make that cooks up fast and is so colorful and healthy for you!

Thin sliced chicken breast (about 5 oz. - no skin)
3 campari tomatoes (sliced in half)
a few cloves of garlic slicedj
some fresh rosemary
Top with 1 tblsp of olive oil

Baked in a 425 preheated oven for about 15 minutes:smile:


Served with fresh green beans (found prewashed in produce section)
that were boiled 5 minutes
Serving size about 20 beans....
topped with 1 tblsp parmesan cheese

Meal was ready in less than 20 minutes and was ONLY 389 healthy calories:smile:
