The first two months I was working out 5 times a week..And then I just quit, lowered my calories a bit and started eating at a deficit. 4 months, 16 lbs later, and 14 to go..then gym time!!! :)

I'm jealous you're keeping your boobs!! You look FANTASTIC
  • Thank you so much..but the boobs have cut down a bit. I notice :(..Only bad thing about weight loss. I think I may reward myself with a boob job after all this is done! lol

nice job!!! i am just getting started! this has inspired me that i can get fit by summer :) if you did this in 2months!
  • Oh no, it took me longer than two months..the dates are on the pictures..16 lbs since September. BUT I only worked out 2 months into it and did it 5 days a week..It became almost a 2nd job to me that I quit working out and just ate at a deficit. So if you're working out and don't quit AND eat at a deficit imagine what YOU can look like by summer.

oh ok, thank you! you look great :)
  • Thank you so much!!! :) I have never thought I would reach halfway through my goal..but I stuck with it. And here I am. I will post pictures after I reach my goal as well. :))
  • Hopefully, you guys see these pictures and KNOW that you can do it too!!!
  • Oh and something else to add. I still eat what I want, but everything in moderation. I have cleaned up some and I have also researched information on all the less fat stuff (but more sodium)..etc. Once you start reading labels, you won't quit!!
