I finally got a good Single-Cup blender ("MyBlend by Oster") today because I have been DYING to make smoothies.... Does anyone have any healthy, low calorie smoothie recipes I could try??
Thanks in advance!

You can look through my diary for ideas. I generally use a banana, and the other fruit I prep and freeze in large quantities for my smoothies. I use kefir for a liquid, and put a serving of Greek yogurt in them as well.0

I have a board of healthy smoothie recipes on Pinterest: www.pinterest.com/issypal
That said I hardly ever follow a recipe for smoothies--just throw in some frozen fruit, unsweetened almond milk (or whatever milk you like), and stevia, then sometimes add one or more of the following: spinach, protein powder, yogurt, nsa ice cream, PB2 with frozen bananas, flavor extracts, unsweetened cocoa powder, whatever I'm in the mood for.
Another good combination is frozen pineapple chunks, coconut extract, rum extract, stevia and almond milk for a fake pina colada.0 -
My current favorite is vanilla almond milk a banana and PB2. Delish.0
