Daily Challenges

Me and my cousin are giving each other daily goals to help us reach our weight loss goals... But I'm running out of ideas of things to give her to either do or give up... Anyone have any suggestions? We've done sit- ups, jumping jacks, giving up sweets, drinking 64oz of water... etc. Anything helps!

    -give up starch i.e no white bread, no white pasta, potatoes, sugar etc for a week
    -go meatless for a week
    -run up and down stairs for 5 mins once a day for a week

    ....that's all I have for now! but will let you know when I think of anything else :-)
  • A certain number of any exercise: squats, calf-raises, push-ups, tricep dips off of a chair, wall sits, etc.
    On certain days you can challenge each other to double your exercise (if you usually work out 30 minutes, work out 60 minutes, etc.)
    If you are soda drinkers do "no soda" days.
    Challenge each other to take a walk on your lunch break or after work.
    If you are television watchers challenge each other to do pushups and sit ups during all commercials.
    Challenge each other to eat a certain number of different kinds of vegetables (if you usually eat one vegetable at lunch and one at dinner then challenge each other to double the number of vegetables)
