I recently bought myself a new balance N1 heart rate monitor with a heart monitor strap because I wanted to see how accurate the calories I was burning were. Well I couldn't afford much and the one I have, has a chronometer on it. I'm not sure exactly how that works? I know when the watch is set to that feature, its hows my pulse, the time worked out, but what is the number that moves rapidly at the bottom? I was hoping it's calories burned, but I'm not sure it is..
I have tried searching online, but I can't seem to figure it out..

Fancy word for a watch
Chronos = Time
Meter = Measure

ok... I knew it was a watch.. but I don't understand all the fancy gadgets. why do I want one for working out/ running and what are the fast little numbers that move at the bottom, and NO they aren't seconds..0

Perhaps it came with a manual - RTFM0 -

It did, but it's so basic, that it doesn't explain anything except how to change the time and change from time to pulse to Chronometer or chronograph.0
