PMS protein shake

This helps me out at TOM, I don't know why but it does!:happy:

•1/3 cup chocolate soy milk
•1/3 cup soy milk
•1 scoop high energy chocolate protein
•1/2 banana, sliced
•3/4 cup chocolate sorbet
•2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint (also try chocolate mint if you can find it)
Combine all of the ingredients except the chocolate sorbet and the mint. Process in a blender until mixed thoroughly. Add the sorbet and mint and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
