Good Evening! I've been asked to write a series of articles on health, nutrition, weight loss and maintaining an active lifestyle. i They will be published over the coming months and the rest of this year.

So I'm asking you, my Friends, what subjects/topics would you most like to see covered? What specific questions or topics would YOU most like to see addressed?

I would really like your feedback! Thank-you!!!

You have lost 248lbs....and here I am whining about 40lbs.

You are AMAZING. You probably get this all the time but I don't care: you deserve the greatest of congratulations you are phenomenal!

    Anyways, to your question...

I feel like "How To" and articles on "Getting Started" are essential to cover the basics and introduce a lot of people to their new lifestyle. I also think articles about being practical - eating healthy on a budget, working out when you have a crazy schedule, losing weight without losing your social life, etc. etc. are very helpful.

Personally, I need articles on losing weight in college hahaha I have to eat at a buffet-style dining hall for every meal, and can only really workout in confines of my room. So it'd be great for me, personally, to see articles about managing your food when you can't weigh it/don't know what's in most of it, an in working out in a small space/at home.

    Best of luck! :)
