I'm a shake addict, this one I have after my "long" workouts, which are usually 3.5hrs, I need the pick me up big time!
•2 scoops of your favorite chocolate whey protein powder
•1 to 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
•1 cup skim milk
•1/2 cup Quaker Oatmeal (cooked with boiling water)
•5 to 10 grams of creatine (depending on your body size)
Place the ingredients in a blender. Blend them well, until mixed thoroughly, and serve.

You had me until the oatmeal. Doesn't that give it a funky texture? I can totally dig the chocolate whey & peanut butter...0
