Introduction? Reintroduction? Not-quite-triumphant return?

Hi All!

I'm actually re-introducing myself, really - I did this about twelve months ago and it took me all of about seven minutes to get 'too busy' to worry about what I ate and exercise and getting healthy and losing weight. You can imagine how effective that was :)

So, I'm back with a vengeance. As a way of shaking things up a bit and not falling into the same old pattern that I always do (resulting in failure and much self-loathing) I've decided to blog about my experience this time - I figure this will make me feel a bit more accountable, and also give me an an outlet to talk about how I feel, my progress, my hopes and my fears and all that junk. I've linked to my first post below, and I'd love it if you found a minute to have a read. I promise future blogs will be less 'woe is me, uber fatty' and more like my usual witty, sarcastic, sometimes delightfully snarky self :) I swear like a sailor (though I kept it clean for this one post :D) so if you're a bit delicate about that kinda thing, maybe don't read my blog :D
