Taking a mini break from weight loss?

I feel slightly guilty about it, but I just don't have time to focus on weight loss this week. I am trying to keep things more under control than I usually would, but I am just too busy and can't just keep tracking my calories constantly. My sister-in-law and niece are in town and staying with us, so I am having fun with this darling two year old and her mommy. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions? Trying not to feel too guilty about it, but they leave Monday and I can get into my routine then!

You are stuck in the "on a diet vs not on a diet " mentality. Maybe you'll be too busy to log in & count calories, but that doesn't mean you have to throw in the towel. Use what skills you have learned & put them into practice. If you don't do well, don't fret. Just keep going. Make smart choices when you can. The goal should be to get the weight off, but also learn how to maintain it once you get there.

Thanks for that! It's kind of what I've figured. I've been watching what I'm eating and making better choices at restaurants than I usually would. I'm still eating above my goals but below or at maintain weight, I log them in the evening before bed. I just feel guilty that I am not able to devote more time to my health at the moment.
