Starting off

Hi All

Just starting off and was wondering if there was anyone out there that could be a buddy, someone that could share this experience and help each other on the way.
Im 53 with about five stone to lose.
I have a target f losing at least 2 stone by august when i hope to go to Malta on holiday.
