18 years old with 45 pounds to lose.

I am 190/191 pounds right now, but my goal is to reach 145. I'm hoping by the summer, but if not, that's fine. I realize that hard work takes time to pay off, and will eventually show.
I need some motivation though. This is my 3rd time trying to lose weight and I seem to always fail, but lately, I've been eating extremely healthy and working out! Let's hope I keep it up!
