Sorry for the late post...

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stayed within my calories and went for a 4 mile walk

What would I have done differently? Nothing

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and go for a walk - DONE!!!

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, I knew I was going to friends and they were getting pizza and brownies-two of my biggest trigger foods. So my goal was to just stay in control. I think I did that. I ate a little more than I wanted but didn't eat dinner.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Drank all my water and didn't feel like I went overboard with pizza & brownies.

    What would I have done differently? Exercised

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories.

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calorie goal and drink WATER!!!

    Exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) - I am going to be out of town this weekend, so I want to work out Mon-Fri. I did work out last week, running and walking.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? didn't eat all of my hamburger when I didn't really want it

    What would I have done differently? didn't need pancakes with breakfast

My daughter made cupcakes at her father's house after school and asked me if I was going to have one... Instead of eating the entire cupcake I took a bite... she was happy and I didn't feel bad :happy:

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? I think so... but I stopped tracking in the afternoon. I went out with 1700 left so I am pretty sure I made it.
