Hi everyone
acually i started my diet 8 weeks ago and lost 12 pounds so far but i seam to be at a stand still these last few weeks. so i decided to try it this way, it helps seeing exactly how much your eating and exercising. I am tired of lettuce LOL

im sick of lettuce too .... but there are some good recipes in the "recipes"post section(that dont include lettuce:laugh:

Welcome Kathy:flowerforyou: Actually I have such a wide variety of foods to choose from since I started eating more healthy . I haven't gotten bored with anything yet , actually I am enjoying and savoring the flavors. Tonight I had 4oz of baked chicken breast, 1/2 cup of asparagus and for desert a serving of sugar free jello, with two tablespoons of whip cream and I am stuffed. I think you are really going to enjoy this web site and all the wonderful people here. :drinker:0
