For all those who don't know the benefit of Prunes:

Prunes are basically dried plums, European variety.They add a powerful dose of fiber and some nutrients. Prunes are a sweet way to add fat-free laxative fiber to your diet.A single prune contains more than half a gram of fiber and more than one gram of sorbitol (a carbohydrate that our bodies do not absorb well). Per Prune is about 20 calorie.

    They help you lose fat? Or water?

    They don't make you loose anything.They fill you up very fast as they have lot of fiber.You just have to eat a few.
