Just do it !!!

We have a great site here in MFP, full of motivational and successful people who have lost weight. My advice, just log in every day even if it is to read a tip or someone else sharing their weight loss success - just log in - JUST DO IT !!

It is such a fantastic data base of foods here at MFP, I can't remember the last time I have actually had to add an item manually. Having used the site for a while I can literally plan my whole weeks food and exercise plan in less than 30 minutes ensuring I don't go over calories, my advice if you log in, fill that diary in - JUST DO IT.

Never use the excuse of I can't exercise today, I don't have time. Even if its only 10 minutes, 15 minutes we all have a pair of legs and can fit a walk in somewhere, even if its just to the local shop. I have a big field where I live which is about just over a 1/2 mile circuit and if I haven't exercised for the day I don't make any excuses to get out there and walk it - I JUST DO IT

I have procrastinated for too long over weight loss when I know I have found the place to make me successful at it.

Last year from January 1st to December 31st I used every excuse under the sun to not take that advice above when I should have, end result I gained 16 lbs over the year. I will start tomorrow I have had a bad day. I will start next week I am not in the right frame of mind this week. Does that sound familliar ? They are just excuses we use to put off what we could start today - DONT DO THAT

This year I came out determined and have stuck to that advice above, I have logged on every single day, I have logged my food every single day, I have exercised enough to keep within my calorie allowance everyday. I have eaten whatever I want inside those calorie allowances so i don't feel deprived.

The end result of the first 31 days of this year is I have lost 12 lbs !! - Yes 12 lbs I have to say it twice to even make myself believe it. That is nearly a whole years weight gain gone in just one month of using this web site to its full potential, and best of all its free.

Just believe in yourself and believe in this web site and you will reach your goals.

Like anything when the reward is so great whether its a business opportunity or in this case weight loss its not an easy ride and you have to work hard at it. There will be bad days but as you get more and more motivated by your acheivements of the previous weeks the bad days will get less and less.

Look at it this way the average person can acheive what they want to with weight loss inside one year if you work at it with the tools we have found here. Just one year out of the rest of your life to get the really hard part out of the way. It becomes easier if you set small goals. Don't just think them, write them down and read them daily. Read them in the present tense as if you have acheived them. Close your eyes and see the new you. Then just remember you have found the place to make it happen already.

And finally, JUST DO IT and you will be a weight loss winner, fact.
