New :) Fresh diet and 30DS

Hey everyone! I'm new here, but I've been browsing the boards since I started my diet a little over a week ago. I'm looking to lose around 30-40 lbs by the end of June when I return to the states from a year studying in Belgium.

Age: 20
Height: 5'3
CW: 180
GW: 140

I started my new lifestyle on Jan 22nd. I switched from getting zero exercise and getting junk to currently eating all fresh foods- veggies, fruit, lean proteins like nuts, beans and eggs (I'm a veggie), and minimal carbs. I drink between 2-3 liters of water a day now, and have done Jillian's 30DS every day.

Is anyone on a similar diet plan or looking to lose about that much weight? Or has anyone had success with this kind of diet?

Also, once the 30DS runs out, I need other workouts to do from now until June, so if anyone has any recommendations that would be lovely. I am working out in my itty bitty european apartment, so I don't have any fancy equipment.
