100 DUMBBELL SHOULDER PRESSES
Here’s how to do them.

If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to do 5 or 10 more. Don’t have weights? Grab some canned vegetables or a couple bottles of water. One hundred doesn’t just seem like a lot, it is a lot. Feel free to break these up into sets.
