when you start to wobble

I have had a really solid body being overweight but now I have started to lose the weight my fat bits are wobbley now like jelly is this normal please

Happened to me too. Now that lots of the fat is gone lots of the wobble is gone, too.0

I think sometimes it is referred to as the whoosh, search there are some discussions on this.0

Yes, perfectly normal. Less fat and same amount of skin = woobliness. Unfortunately. Having a decent amount of strength training in your routine, drinking lots of water, keeping your skin moisturized, and losing weight slow and steady will help with this.
