What is it, no matter what you've tried, you haven't been able to give up?
Since it is morning in AZ, and this is a fitness forum, I'll start with my morning coffee. Not bad in and of itself, but CoffeeMate Creamers are liquid crack! Gah! I've been able to ween myself down, and even go to black coffee, but as soon as I try using it again, I ma sucked in and get addicted to it again.
I HAVE to have that in my coffee every morning. Usually it's the sugar-free Hazelnut flavor though....0 -
