It is really interesting how our difficulties are in our head. I have gone 5 months watching my food each day, enjoying at least 30 minutes of walking, weights 3 times a week and reducing my weight by 19kg. Guess what? I brake the daily cycle by a very enjoyable 3 weeks overseas trip and now my head objects to watching my food intact again and getting into regular daily exercise. I'm hoping a week of refocussing will get my enthusiasm back. I'm determined not to let it beat me. The 3 weeks away allowed 1.9kg to creep back on my body!
