want to lose the last 10lbs...But I'm stuck

I started out doing MFP at 1200 calories and lost about 48lbs. I decided to up my calories 1540 and then again to 1800. I gained about 5lbs and have been stuck here for quite some time now. I work out 4-5 days a week doing cardio/strength. I

'm wondering if my body just can't handle higher calories? That being said, I don't know if I could go back down to 1200 again just to lose 10lbs that I'm probably going to gain back after I move calories up again.

Anyone have suggestions?
