A new approach

Frustrated with my slow weight loss (Lost the bulk of my weight about 4 years ago, have been this weight for three and a half years now, I'm back here to lose that last 10lbs), 1lb in two weeks. It's proving much more difficult this time. My new approach is that I've taken my first set of measurements! I hope I see some kind of loss in inches now compared with the scales. I'm only doing cardio at the minute because I can't afford the gym :( Have many people found measuring more encouraging than weighing?
