Protein shake, wtf?

So this morning I made my first protein meal replacement shake for breakfast. Im using the diet fuel ultra lean powder in chocolate flavour. So I had 200ml of skimmed milk and added 2 heaped scoops of the powder....

I had to drink it holding my Bose and stopping every 3 seconds. I've felt terribly sick all day and been on and off the loo constantly (TMI). I still feel sick but managed a plain bagel just now.

Is this normal?

    unless it say laxatives on the packet, anything that gives you the sh*ts is not normal!!!

    I don't like the meal replacement shakes. I think that a lot of them taste like crap.

    I use GNC Amplified Extreme 60 protein. Tastes great. I make shakes with it.

    Ideas for you to blend with this (or any protein mix):
    Choc:
    babana
    oatmeal
    apples
    honey

    Vanilla:
    Any berries
    banana
    apples
    yogurt

    Too much protein and not enough fiber has just caused the opposite for me. Maybe you are sensitive to that much lactose?

    Thanks everyone for the helpful replies. I haven't actually got the sh*ts lol just feel really sick!
    I'll try using a smaller amount of powder and mixed it up with other stuff like suggested, hopefully that'll work :)
