Aiming for 180lbs

I just started using MFP again and am always open to suggestions and support. My ultimate goal is to get to 180lbs and stay there.

In addition to nutrition I have started an exercise program called KOSAMA. I highly recommend it as I am feeling stronger every day.

No friend request refused.

P.S. I tried to upload a pic but it keeps telling me they are to large. Not a very good thing for a fitness program to tell you. lol
