and this is a great and supportive place to do it. I thought I'd been doing really well, this week, bumped up my exercise a bit - added aerobics to my walking and biking. Ate all my calories, and about half of those earned from exercising - found I wasn't as hungry on the days I worked out harder. Anyway, the blasted scale was up 1 1/2 pounds at today's weigh in! I know, not drastic, but disappointing. I've only been losing about 1 pound a week anyway, and so this feels like a BIG defeat.
Well, today I'm going to ride only about 10 miles and atempt to eat ALL my calories - hope this gets me back on track...

Don't feel defeated, try measuring yourself as well. You may still be losing fat, but gaining muscle. You're doing great!0
