this is the a question about right and wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!

is it cheating to put food shopping down as "walking slow 2.0 mph pace"

those alse are for long and it take along time to do and most of it walking and then standing in the checkout...........

  • Yes as a general rule I think logging "life" as exercise is doing yourself a disservice.

    Set your lifestyle (active, sedentary ...) correctly and then only log actual workouts

    I agree. I think people can get carried away with all of the activities in a day (like vacuuming???).
