Day 1 for me

I'm starting "Phase 2" of my weight loss journey today. Starting weight is 220lb (5'9") and I want to get down to 180lb by June 1. I've lost about 20lbs over the past 2 years since I started working out. However, I've definitely plateaued and I've always known that to get over the hump and get to my real goal I'd need to address my diet. I do great while I'm at work but am a complete fail at home when dinner comes around not to mention snacking at home.

Glad that I have something like myfitnesspal site and iPhone app to help with that. I was also glad to see there is a forum for support. I always start off with huge motivation and then life kind of beats it out of me and I turn to food for comfort/convenience... Time to get serious and thin.
