Just had op on foot, worried I'll put all the weight back

Hi,
I had a foot operation yesterday and it'll be at least 6 weeks before I can exercise again. Anyone got any ideas on how I can burn some calories without using my feet?
Before the op I was exercising about 2 hours a day (quite vigorously) and I managed to lose about 5Kg in total over 2months. Now I'm worried I'll pile it all on, if I don't move around.
Any ideas anyone?
Thanks

pick things up and put them down.
Or don't exercise, but make sure your diet is spot on. Not gaining weight means not having a calorie surplus. You don't NEED exercise for that.0
