Decided it was time for a change.

Hello, I am new to this website been here for about 2 weeks. Although I started my change in November 2012. I got introduced to this website through a co-worker. I started at 200 lbs currently I am at 170, my current goal wieght is 140lbs. I was inspired to start loosing weight from my mother, she started a diet and has lost 40lbs, although I have a little more than her to lose. I also want my kids (I have 3, ages 12,7,5) to see a healthier me, so I can set a good example for them.
