I am new to this type of daily tracking. I have been unsuccessfully trying to regain some sort of tone to my body & also lose the last 15 pounds after my last baby. I turned 41 and am having trouble keeping motivated. My 7 year old wants to wrestle and play around with me. My mind says I am 20 & can do it but my out of shape body reminds me daily of my lack of exercise and healthy eating habits.

Well, welcome to MFP. Breaking old habits might take a long time, but don't give up. Be faithful with weighing and measuring everything to get the most accurate reading you can on what you eat. I recommend a digital scale and a nice assortment of liquid and dry measures.
Wishing you the best.0
