*cheat* meal??

Do you guys have them? Do you schedule them in with extra exercise? Do you ever go over your daily calorie count? I have never went over, but I've also just been doing this for a week. We are having pizza for the super bowl and I would like to have a few slices, some salad, and hopefully some wine. I'm not looking to do this often, maybe once a month, and I wondered if others do it and how they schedule it in.
