Hey everyone,
I've finally got myself into the 'zone' and have managed to lose 26lbs over the last while.
I've been eating 1200 calories each day and started doing powerhoop and kettlebell classes twice a week.
Things started well and i lost a good few lbs for the first 3/4 weeks.
NOW i've been the same weight for 3 weeks and can't seem to get it to move!!
I'm not too keen to eat any less unless i have to, and i don't have time to do more exercise, will this pass or do i need to change anything?
Please help, i'm feeling really down as it's my sisters birthday night out in 5 weeks time and i wanted to have lost a good bit of weight before then.:explode: :explode:

I have read on multiple posts that if you are at a 1200 calorie per day intake then you will hit a plateau and stop losing weight and you actually need to up your calories some like 1400-1600 and you will start losing weight again.0

Eating more isn't always the answer, and the number shouldn't be arbitrary. You should be eating over your BMR and less than your TDEE (this number usually is over 1200). There's a ton of information here:

I think patience is the answer here, I have bee stuck for nearly a month, but this week have dropped a pound at last, just stick with it0
