Jump Rope Workout

I don't remember where I found this workout, but it's intense! And all you need is a jump rope. I TRY and get this in right quick during lunch at work. According to MFP, jumping rope (depending on your speed) burns from 290 - 400+ calories in just 15 minutes! I know MFP isn't 100% spot on accurate, but if they're anywhere close those numbers are awesome!

250 jumps
rest 30 seconds
200 jumps
rest 30 seconds
150 jumps
rest 30 seconds
100 jumps
rest 30 seconds
50 jumps
DONE!!

You can start at 500 if you want a longer workout.
