Superbowl Workout!

I plan on doing this on Sunday. i'm gonna be eatin' my hot wings then burning them right off... I'll just eat a few more extra carrots and drink a bit more water than beer :wink:

    Considering that for each first down there are supposed to be 20 bicycle crunches I think my abs are going to be on fire lol :)

    The 60 sec plank for a sack is intense, it could be a very defensive game.

    Bump. I love these types of workouts. I did one for the Olympics last summer too.
