it's been about a month

since i have logged onto here! and, of course, i've gained just over 2 pounds. but it's time to get reacquainted. trying hard not to beat myself up - i just want to pick myself up and go! signed up for a zumba class that starts tonight and i'm hoping it will motivate to stay in gear. (has anyone done this and enjoyed it? i've never tried it before) the workout part isn't so hard - i actually really enjoy working out. but making healthy food choices?! this is problematic for me. anyhoo, my butt is back, so here's to holding onto the bandwagon by the tips of your nails, dragging your feet, kicking up dust, but hanging on!

    I went to a Zumba class last night and I came out drenched. It is definitely a good work out! Just make sure you have fun with it! 8)
