Juicing Thoughts

I have a serious problem with unhealthy habits, and addictions. I drink coffee and coke way too often, and I'm looking for a way to clear up my skin as well. When I was 18, the doctor put me on a fruit and vegetable diet to help my skin, and I remember it did. Are there any opinions about using juicing as a quick detox, or would it be preferable to just make it one meal a day? Like breakfast or lunch.
