ok I have been working out pretty hard, really pushing it with the levels of intensity . I know they say you need to shock your body sometimes to keep the weight coming off... the weight is still coming off and it has been about 2 months. Do i just keep the same routine until i plateau?? I switch up the order but my workout is still intense..any ideas??? please let me know

Do what works for you. If what you're doing is working, keep doing it!0

Everyone's time to shock is slightly different. Just keep watching your weight and if its not dropping anymore then you knows its time for a change. Changes can be as easy as the order of workouts, timing, rep and set number, switching up order of muscle groups you work out. You will know when you plateau and when its time to switch it up, but if its still working now, keep doing what you are doing.0
