advise please LOSING MOTIVATION

hi
so ive recently started exercise again after like 6 months off..... been exercisng for three weeks now. i have a cross trainer at home. so been exercising one hour a day for 6 days a week for the past 3 weeks. as well light weights afterwards.

so heres my problem, ive recently weighed myself and i have put on weight like 2 kg...how i dnt know. cause my diet is good, never under or over. BUT i have to say i feel GREAT, I feel lighter and my clothes are alil looser. but how comes all the scales ive been on say ive put on weight. even the tape measure shows no change in inches around bust etc......losing motivation...someone please advise.

    The things you have listed are exactly why relying solely on a scale is always a terrible idea. Luckily for you, you are smart enough to pop a tape every once in a while. :)

    Keep at it. Measurements don't lie, so long as you aren't fudging them via squeezing.
