Voodoo Pasta w/Shrimp

This is an adaptation of a recipe I found on recipezaar.com. It had scary calories so I modified it -- also did the alfredo as low fat as i could make it go, instead of a store bought jar.

Alfredo Sauce
2 cups fat free half and half
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup fat free I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
garlic powder to taste

melt butter over low heat in sauce pan
gradually, stir in flour
continue stirring and gradually add half and half
in crease heat to medium - continue stirring
cook until thickened
stir in parmesan cheese and garlic

add shrimp(see below)

Shrimp w/Blackened Seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
3/4 tsp white pepper
3/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp oregano
12oz shrimp peeled and deveined

mix spices together
spray frying pan with non-fat cooking spray
add shrimp
saute and sprinkle with blackened seasoning to taste.
stir into completed alfredo sauce

Dish:

cook 8 oz Fettuccine noodles
pour alfredo sauce with blackened shrimp over pasta

should make 4 servings ---
450 cal per serving(everything on this page included)
