Best order for a workout?

So I am going to Zumba tonight and also want to do weights while I am at the gym. Is it better to do weights before cardio or after? I don't mean for calorie burn or results but simply from a risk of injury standpoint. I know you are supposed to warm up before any exercise and that you shouldn't stretch too much before but can stretch after I didn't know if the same type of rule applied for high paced cardio before weights or not.

weights before; if you do cardio first you won't have the energy to lift as heavy0

Weights first, always. Not only would you have less energy if you did cardio first, your form would also be compromised.0

Weights before, but its not a bad idea to do a little warm up before the weights. I like to do a few miles on the bike or something (just 10 minutes or so), just to limber up (I work out first thing in the AM though and sometimes am still a little stiff). I agree that you don't want to be spent from cardio when you go to lift....0

Thanks everyone! That was what I was expecting but didn't know if it really mattered.0
